Accommodation
Baker's Cay Resort
Accommodation at the conference hotel (Baker's Cay) is included in the registration fee. However please note accommodation at the conference hotel is guarenteed for the first 65 registrants. As we get close to 65 registrants, the AAG will work to secure additional room blocks. In the event they cannot be secured at the Baker's Cay by Hilton or nearby Marriott, we will return the accomodation portion of the registration fee so that you can make individual arrangements with these or other hotels. We recommend you register early therefore to have one of the 65 guarenteed rooms at the conference hotel.
