Cancellation Policy

For those people whose registration is transferred to the 2022 symposium or new registrants, these are the cancellation dates you need to be aware of:
- Between January 1st, 2022 and March 31st, 2022 you will receive a refund of 50% of your registration fees.
- After April 1st, 2022, we are unable to refund the registration fees for cancellations.
OPTIONS TO ADD:
1. Accompanying Person
You can add on accompanying persons for someone who is not attending conference but is sharing a room with the participant
-Lunch (June 6, 7, 8)
-Gala dinner (June 8)
-4 nights hotel accommodation at the Baker's Cay Resort in a room with participant (Check in June 5 & Check out June 9)
-Cost for each accompanying adult (over 18) is $675. Select how many adults other than the conference participant.
-Cost for each additional child is $510. Select number of children when registering and age of child.
-Please note the maximum number of people per room is 4 and only the participant and up to three additional guests who are not participating in the conference can share a room.
2. Optional Networking/Fieldtrip day on 9th (see Networking Day/Field Trip)
Note quantity (1 for participant, 2 for participant and accompanying person) and Choose between the following 4 options
a) $80 each for snorkeling boat day
b) $125 each for scuba boat day (REQUIRE valid diver open water certification)
c) $60 each for riding on the boat to the same locations as the snorkelers and scuba divers
d) $40 each for bird sanctuary and Robbie's Marina
Please note that fieldtrips are first come first served with regards to registering for them and based on availability in the vans and locations. Once full the fieldtrip will no longer be available. Registering early will hopefully ensure your spot.
Upgrade from snorkeling to scuba is available by emailing meeting@aag.org to update the invoice.
3. Optional Additional Night Checking Out June 10th
$245 for participant and one accompanying guest not attending the conference (based on availability).
$285 if more than two people in the room (based on availability).
Please note that the optional night does not include any other food options beyond breakfast on 9th. There are places on site you may like to explore yourself.
Conference Registration Instructions
- The AAG has established a fixed fee for all participants at this Conference. This fixed fee has been established in order to encourage overall Conference attendance. The conference registration fee will be charged regardless of the length of time a participant attends the Conference.
- The fixed fee covers registration, hotel accommodations as specified, meals as specified, and a planned networking activity/tour if that option is selected. It will not provide for recreation, faxes, taxi, laundry, incidentals, or any other personal expenses.
- All activities, including meal and recreation times, are intended to promote and facilitate scientific discussion and exchange of information.
